Tough routine!
If you’re still working up to it, throw in a minute or two of jogging in place or jump rope when you need a break, then keep going: as long as you’re still moving, it counts!
Give this routine a try & repeat it 2-3 times. You can feel confident calling it a day after, I promise. :)

this is totally amusing (last post)….Im thinking if I’m too boring because I’m totally a piscean or I’m different because Pisceans seem to be very intresting..lol

A must do in my list when I visited Singapore was eating Indian food. Friends and I went to little India and did exactly that…YUM!
